Telephone based technical support
We provide a comprehensive telephone based technical support service using our in-house designed customer service call logging system to resolve any queries quickly and efficiently.
Field based Technical Support
We offer support in the field for any matters that can not be rectified using the telephone based service on products supplied by Space Air and analysing / testing equipment to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.
We offer training courses to update you on Daikin products, advise on which systems are suitable for different projects and fault finding techniques.
We perform a fully comprehensive site survey/inspection on existing installed equipment prior to the quotation of ‘VRVQ or R-22’ replacement technologies, to ensure that you receive the best possible advice on replacing the system.
We provide an on-site evaluation for the feasibility of stripping down a Daikin unit in our factory and rebuilding on-site where the craning of units is impractical, whilst retaining the units warranty. Space Air has the experience and resources to be able to advise on the best possible solution.
Design Control Systems for Daikin products
We design bespoke control systems for all our Daikin units. We can design specific configurations for your projects using iManager and iTouch control systems, that have been tested in-house before delivery.
Support of iManager and iTouch control systems
Provide remote support of the iManager and iTouch controls in-house to give you the assistance you require by talking you through the stages over the phone or if requested we can adjust your control settings from our Guildford HQ*. * Subject to site conditions
Our own qualified engineers undertake commissioning of installed systems to give you the peace of mind that the system is installed and working correctly and efficiently in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Space Air’s annual health-check is a comprehensive review of the Daikin VRV / Chiller system as a back-up to the service / maintenance company. We carry out checks on an annual basis, to ensure that the equipment is in good order and the warranty remains valid (if within warranty period).
If you have any problems with your unit during the warranty period we provide telephone based support to resolve this over the phone. In some cases we offer a full on-site investigation of your warranty related issues and aim to resolve this without delay.
New Equipment Evaluation
Any new or updated products released by Daikin are fully evaluated in-house enabling us to give you all the technical support you need when you need it.

With our excellent working relationship and strong connections with Daikin Europe N.V. we communicate with them directly on any issues relating to Daikin products to help resolve them quickly and efficiently.
