The National Heat Pump Awards held on the 31stMay at the ICC Birmingham, proved to be a very successful evening for Space Air. The Guildford based Daikin distributor was highly commended under 2 categories:

Space Air worked together with Air Improve, a Space Air approved dealer, on the Gulliver House project at the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award charity HQ. The Judges commented “A project which saw significant technical input provided by Space Airconditioning in the combination of heat recovery VRF and heat pump technology to bring long term benefits to the customer.”
On the Swan and Gilda House project Space Air worked together with Ingleton Wood, consultants, and Climate Facilities, a Space Air approved dealer. The Judges commented “This project stood out as an intelligent application of heat pumps within a large residential project, highlighting what is possible even as a retrofit, within the social housing sector.” Robert Diamond from Ingleton Wood won ‘Consultant of the year’ for the same project.
Space Air is delighted and proud with this accolade at the National Heat Pump Awards, where some of Space Air’s project won in categories the year before, and look forward to the NHP awards 2013 to enter hopeful new winning projects.
